Look at what our yoga classes have done so far!!
The proceeds that I earn from my yoga classes go to spay and neuter surgeries for animals in need. On November 3, I volunteered at a PERRA VIDA spay/neuter clinic in the fincas of the palm oil plantations in southern Costa Rica. Many there live in extreme poverty, are overwhelmed with animals, and cannot afford this vital surgery that helps to: prevent overpopulation of cats and dogs, prevent unwanted, costly, and deadly diseases, and also helps prevent abandonment. Over 50 cats and dogs were spayed or neutered at this clinic.
Because of your choice to come to my classes, we were able to sponsor many of these surgeries and help these sweet souls live a healthier and happier life.
Thank you so much for allowing me to share my love of yoga and qigong with you, and my passion to help the animals in need in the communities that need us the most.
