Look at what our yoga classes have done so far in 2025!!
The proceeds that I earn from my yoga classes go to spay and neuter surgeries for animals in need. In January and February, I volunteered at 3 different PERRA VIDA spay/neuter clinics in southern Costa Rica. Many there live in extreme poverty, are overwhelmed with animals, and cannot afford this vital surgery that helps to: prevent overpopulation of cats and dogs, prevent unwanted, costly, and deadly diseases, and also helps prevent abandonment. Almost 100 cats and dogs were spayed or neutered in these clinics.
Because of your choice to come to my classes, we were able to sponsor many of these surgeries and help these sweet souls live a healthier and happier life.

On November 3, I volunteered at a PERRA VIDA spay/neuter clinic in the fincas of the palm oil plantations in southern Costa Rica. Many there live in extreme poverty, are overwhelmed with animals, and cannot afford this vital surgery that helps to: prevent overpopulation of cats and dogs, prevent unwanted, costly, and deadly diseases, and also helps prevent abandonment. Over 50 cats and dogs were spayed or neutered at this clinic.
