• A simple practice where we take a form (pose) and resolve to stay in the pose for 3 to 15 minutes.
• Floor-based passive poses provide a unique opportunity to ease and release deeply held tension in the physical body, unleash stagnant or blocked energy, and cultivate peacefulness in the heart and mind.
• Meditative approach with a deep physical focus. For the physical body, the long-held holds enable us to penetrate through muscle fibers to target the connective tissues that surround them.

How to Create a Meditation Home Practice. a 1 hour Workshop & Meditation This workshop will include a brief history of mindfulness, posture setup and instruction, meditation practice, journal writing, and time for reflection and questions. No prior experience required.
WHAT IS QI YOGA?
• A combination of Qigong and Yin yoga.
• .Qigong active exercises with yin yoga poses. All of the qigong active exercises are done either standing or sitting. The yin yoga poses are performed seated on the floor. This synergy of practices will energetically help heal mind/body/heart while also giving time to stretch, relax, and meditate.
